Brazilian apple: because of an extremely
delicious and appetizing apple, Adão and Eva
were expelled from the paradise. Some people
say that it was a Brazilian apple, so great
was the temptation that the young couple had
to face before yielding to its unique flavour.
Nowadays, consumers from markets like Europe,
Ásia, Middle East, South and Central Americas
have already tried the fruit with no fear
to commit a sin. In Brazilian, producers are
integrated to ABPM - Brazilian Association
of Apple Producers and follow the world technological
advance, practsing an accurate production
to the rules which protect the environment
and the consumer's health. (PIM® - Integrated
Apple Productions). The result is a crunchy,
delicious and flavorful apple which satisfy
everybody's taste. To have the best apple
of the world, just contact ABPM. It'll help
you to find the best suppliers of Brazil.

Brookfield® (‘Baigent’)
Origin: The cultivar Baigent
was discovered as a natural mutation of Royal
Gala by Brookfield New Zealand Limited
on an orchard in Hawkes Bay in January,
1985. It was found on a branch of a tree being
part of the original release of FSV (free
of specified virus) Royal Gala
trees available in New Zealandin the early
1980s.
Harvest: The harvest period begins
in late January and finishes in February depending
on climatic conditions such as flowering time
and temperature. Red color develops earlier
and higher than for Royal Gala
(about 15 days). Because it colors early it
can usually be harvested in two picks. The
early and high color factor also avoids the
need to wait for color development, and enables
fruit to be harvested at optimum internal
maturity for high eating quality.
Fruit: The fruit of cultivar Baigent
are distinguished by particularly early red
coloring throughout the tree. They have a
distinctive appearance of predominantly bright
red color and flecks of ground color overlain
by a bold darker red stripe pattern that extends
over the fruit at harvest maturity.

Fuji Select
Origin: Natural mutation of Fuji.
Harvest: The period of harvest begins
in the end of March until the mid-April. Due
to facility of fruit coloration, it can be
picked up in two times and in the right moment
for storage, avoiding phisiologic disturbs
(watercore) and keeping a long period of conservation.
Fruit: Fruit completely striped, bright
"rubi" red color. It's the only clone of Fuji,
which has also striped coloration on the shade
side of the fruit. Features distinguished
easily. Similar shape of Fuji. Long storage
with no problems during ten months of controlled
atmosphere. Crisp texture and succulent pulp,
which is sweeter than Fuji.
