How cuttings are taken
On scheduled days specialized personnel take cuttings from mother plants, observing a standard of quality imposed by the technical staff.

The cuttings are then sorted into the different varieties and placed in special containers for subsequent growth phases, which will take place in the Sabaudia production centre.

Planting
The cuttings continue their development with the planting phase. One by one they are enriched with hormones and planted in the Ecopot©.
They are arranged on pallets, transported and set in place in the rooting greenhouses by means of robotized machinery.

Rooting
In the rooting greenhouses the process of development of the young plants is checked daily. The cuttings taking root are irrigated, sprayed and treated, according to need by means of overhead trolleys controlled by a computerized system.

Packing
Once the rooting phase has reached completion, the pallets are automatically conveyed to the packing zone. The plants are taken one by one, selected and positioned in the packing containers. In a 600 sq. m² climate-controlled room the plants are prepared and divided according to the delivery orders.

Shipping
Efficient shipping by climate-controlled trucks or by plane, in the case of Ecotal; target delivery time 2 days.
